Q. How long is the blood sample stable? A. Dried filter paper specimens are stable for a minimum of six months. For whole blood, the ZPP portion of the OSHA Blood Lead Panel is good for two weeks if stored refrigerated and shipped non-refrigerated over-night. The Blood Lead portion of the Panel is good for approximately one year. These long shelf lives allow corporate clients to collect a week or more of samples and submit them at one time to avoid or minimize shipping charges. Q. What is Tamarac Medical's turn-around time?
